It can be very difficult to properly tighten a weight belt, and a weight belt that is not tight enough will not give proper support. It can even be dangerous, giving a false sense of security.
Just slide The Vise over the belt strap and use it to provide additional leverage when tightening. It's faster and easier than just using your hands, and you can regularly get a tighter, more protective fit in the process. It can also help when removing the belt.
